Blend of Calvados Pays d’Auge XO, it is first aged for several years in French oak barrels before a double finish of a dozen weeks in casks previously used for Bourbon and American rye whiskey.

Colour: Bright amber.

Nose: Seducing nose with aromas of hazelnut, apple pie and vanilla.

Palate: Elegant and complex, flavoursof cooked apple, blond tobacco, dry fruit and cereals.

Finale: Exceptional length.
