Clean, bright, cherry red color developing to ruby – maroon. Deep depth robe. Nose: Intense, ripe fruits notes, elegant vanilla and toasted touch, spices background. Tasting: Well-structured, elegant tannin and very balanced. Finish: Medium finish, barrel notes and fruits.

It matches with any kind of meat and mushrooms rice.Some tasty or oily fish such as tuna or cod. Medium-aged cheese such as emmental or gruyere.
