Nose: Complex and intense. Ripe fruits aromas. Subtle barrel notes and pleasant spicy notes, blond tobacco and cocoa.
Tasting: Fine, very elegant, homogeneous.
Finish: Pleasant finish, dry wood notes and dried fruits.
It matches with any kind of meat and mushrooms rice. Some tasty or oily fish such as tuna or cod. Medium-aged cheese such as emmental or gruyere.
